QuES&T shall guarantee a class opening for all students who have pre-registered online or have forwarded a valid purchase order, attendance roster and have confirmed receipt by speaking with a Training Department Representative. All students who have not pre-registered will be included in the class on a first come/first serve basis. Payment must be made prior to inclusion in the training class and must be made by company check, money order, or major credit card.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations will be accepted up to (5) business days prior to the first day of class. If the cancellation is made less then (5) five business days prior to the first day of class the account will be credited towards future training. Tuition is non-refundable to the individual canceling on or after the first day of class. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any returned check.

Sold Out Contractor/Supervisor Initial (40-hours)

This 40-hour course is designed for personnel who supervise asbestos abatement projects, to ensure proper asbestos abatement work procedures, asbestos handling and individual safety procedures are adhered to. This course is conducted over a minimum of five (5) days. The total instruction time includes both formal classroom instruction as well as physical hands-on training. Successful completion of this course will enable the individual to apply for NYS certification as a licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor (SUPR) and fulfills EPA accreditation requirements and satisfies OSHA Training requirements for Class I and Class II asbestos abatement supervisors.

**Any individual looking to obtain this license MUST have a NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicles Driver’s License Number or Non-Driver ID Card (DMV-ID) as required by the NYS Dept. of Labor Licensing Unit.
